Johan Boserup is Global CEO of Investment at Omnicom Media Group, where he leads one of the world’s largest media buying portfolios across OMD, PHD, and Hearts & Science.

He oversees global media partnerships, digital operations, and activation, and serves on the Omnicom Media Group Global Board.

Johan rejoined Omnicom in 2019 after five years as CEO of GroupM Trading at WPP, building on a 17-year career at Omnicom where he held senior roles across markets and helped shape global investment strategy.

Drawing on this extensive leadership experience, Johan also serves as Chair of the Media Agencies Council (MAC), the strategic advisory body representing Europe’s leading media agencies within EACA, where he collaborates with other holding companies to align industry priorities, advance collaboration, and influence media policy across Europe.
