Nicola Wood is a Creative Director at adam&eveDDB. Nicola joined the agency this year from her role as Executive Creative Director at Ogilvy UK. She works alongside Creative Director Amber Casey.

Prior to Ogilvy, Nicola spent a decade at RKCR/Y&R, shaping campaigns for some of Britain’s most iconic brands, including Marks & Spencer and the BBC. Her work has garnered hundreds of awards and widespread cultural impact, with standout campaigns including the Mayor of London’s ‘Have a Word’, which won both a D&AD White Pencil and Cannes Glass Lion, and Relate’s witty ‘Hornicultural Society’, one of the world’s most awarded campaigns in 2024.

Recognised in WARC’s Top 100 Creative Rankings for five consecutive years, she helped Ogilvy secure a spot among the top five most awarded creative agencies in the world. In 2023, she was named one of D&AD’s Top 20 most awarded Creative Directors and ranked among the top five copywriters globally.
